Why You
The concept behind this activation is simple: one scarf, worn by two very different women. The scarf stays the same. What changes is everything around it — the life, the history, the way it's held.
You were chosen because you represent something the brand deeply believes in: identity that is fully formed. You've spent decades building something real in this city — the Las Vegas Fashion Council, Vegas Fashion Week, a career that moved from in front of the camera to behind it. That is not a small thing.
When you wear the Lumina Scarf, it doesn't define you. It joins you. That's the story we want to tell.
What You Represent
Legacy
A woman whose identity is fully formed. Fashion, for you, is both institutional and deeply personal.
Authority
You've built the infrastructure of fashion in Las Vegas. You hold the room before you enter it.
Earned Perspective
Your relationship to what you wear has evolved over decades. That depth is visible.
The Object
The Lumina Scarf is inspired by the ethereal glow of stained glass and the romantic style of Art Nouveau. It embodies the philosophy that darkness gives light its meaning — you cannot know one without the other.
Limited to 350 sequentially numbered pieces. Each one carries the stained glass pattern, material translucency, and the quiet confidence of something made to last.
"No two sides are quite alike; each fracture, fragment, line, and color is unique, just as we are."

Your Schedule
Stop 1
10:45 AM
Arrive at your office
Your Office — Las Vegas Fashion Council
5801 S Decatur Blvd #110, Las Vegas, NV 89118
We'll photograph you in your natural environment — your office, your space, your world. This is where you hold authority. We want to capture that. Expect a tour, candid moments, and portraits in the spaces that belong to you.
Gabby, Natali, and Alex will be with you.
Stop 2
12:00 – 2:00 PM
Field visit
Crystals at CityCenter
A field visit — you moving through a space you know well. We'll photograph you in motion, in your element. This is not a posed shoot. It's you, doing what you do, wearing the scarf as naturally as you'd wear anything else.
Gabby, Natali, and Alex will be with you.
Stop 3
3:00 – 4:30 PM
Studio interview
Jerry Metellus Studio
3729 Topawa St, Las Vegas, NV 89103
A relaxed, intimate video interview. Not a formal sit-down — more like a conversation that happens to be on camera. Denis will be filming. The questions are about identity, not fashion. You'll have seen them in advance. The best moments always come from what happens between the questions.
Full team present.
What to Wear
The entire concept of this activation depends on authenticity. We are not dressing you. We are photographing you as you are.
Wear what you would actually wear. The scarf is the only constant — everything else belongs to you. Gabby will have a brief conversation with you before we begin about what feels right, and we'll take it from there.
The scarf's palette — soft ochre, twilight gray, gossamer blush — works beautifully against neutrals, deep tones, and architectural pieces. But trust your instinct. You've been doing this longer than most.
A Few Notes
The scarf is provided
We'll bring multiple Lumina Scarves. You don't need to worry about it.
Natural light is your friend
The scarf's stained glass pattern is most beautiful in natural light — we'll prioritize that for detail shots.
Comfort over everything
If something doesn't feel like you, say so. This only works if it's real.
The Conversation
These are the questions we'll explore together during the studio interview. There are no right answers. The best moments will come from wherever the conversation takes us — Gabby will guide it, and you'll know when something lands. Read them in advance if you'd like, or come to them fresh. Either way works.
On Identity & The Scarf
What does it mean to you to wear something that no one else will wear the same way?
How does what you put on shape how you move through the world?
What does individuality mean in a world that rewards sameness?
When you look at this scarf, what do you see in it that feels like you?
Just For You
You've spent decades building fashion infrastructure in this city. How has your relationship to what you wear changed over time?
What does it feel like to go from being in front of the camera to shaping what happens behind it?
These questions are a starting point. Gabby has a relationship with you and will take the conversation wherever it needs to go. The most important thing is that it feels real.
Thank You
We are grateful you said yes. What we're building together is not a product campaign — it's a portrait of a woman who knows exactly who she is. That's you.
If you have any questions before Thursday, reach out to Gabby. She'll take care of everything.
